Its PVC flooring has passed rigorous audits and won China’s first dual certification of "Product Carbon Footprint + Type Ⅲ EPD" in the building materials sector. The carbon emissions throughout the product’s entire life cycle are 65% lower than the industry average, marking the official entry of China’s green building materials into a new era of quantitative certification.
Calculations by the China Building Material Certification & Inspection Group (CBMC) show that each square meter of Dalongju’s PVC flooring generates only 2.8kg CO₂e from raw material extraction to end-user delivery, a 42% reduction compared to the baseline value of the EU’s EN16575 standard. This achievement stems from three key innovations:
- Replacing traditional phthalates with bio-based plasticizers, slashing carbon emissions in the raw material phase by 58%;
- Covering 85% of production energy consumption with a distributed photovoltaic system;
- Pioneering a "zero-waste" logistics system, which increases transportation space utilization by 130% through modular packaging design.

Through the EU-recognized international mutual recognition system for EPD, Dalongju has disclosed 12 key environmental indicators to the global market for the first time. The dual certification has triggered in-depth changes in the supply chain:
- A straw fiber reinforcement technology developed in collaboration with the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) enables 40% of raw materials to come from agricultural waste;
- The establishment of a supplier carbon account system has driven 45 partners to complete clean energy transformation, reducing upstream carbon footprint by 35%;
