Recently, the environmentally friendly
homogeneous through-color roll flooring developed by Dalongju Group has obtained the type test certification issued by China Building Material Test & Certification Group (CTC). This marks that the product has comprehensively exceeded the requirements of the GB/T 11982.1-2015 standard in 28 key indicators, including wear resistance and impact resistance, providing more reliable flooring solutions for high-end spaces such as medical and educational institutions.
Under the full supervision of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the testing team randomly sampled 200 square meters of products from mass-produced batches and conducted 76 destructive tests. Particularly in the test simulating 300,000 rolling passes of hospital carts, the product's thickness change rate was 42% better than the national standard, demonstrating exceptional structural stability. Wang Zhenhua, Director of China Building Material Test & Certification Group, stated: "Type testing is like a 'comprehensive physical examination' for the industry. Compared with conventional commissioned testing, this test highlights two innovative values:
- Quality Controllability: The "blind sample sampling + production line sealing" mechanism is adopted to prevent enterprises from submitting specially made samples for testing.
- Data Traceability: Each test report is equipped with a unique blockchain verification code, allowing purchasers to scan the code to verify the original data.
According to the China Green Building Development Report, the market size of medical and health care flooring exceeded 80 billion yuan in 2023, among which products that have passed full-item testing have a premium capacity of over 35%. Li Feng, Technical Director of Dalongju, revealed: "We are building the industry's first full-life-cycle laboratory for flooring. In the next three years, R&D investment will increase to 8% of revenue, focusing on overcoming technical bottlenecks such as the antibacterial durability of flooring and the stability of electrostatic dissipation."
