To further enhance the work safety management capabilities of enterprises in the park and strengthen the implementation of enterprises’ primary responsibilities, on the afternoon of June 12, the High-Tech Development Zone specially launched a special work safety training for principal responsible persons of enterprises as part of its 2024 Work Safety Month series of activities. This training was held at Shanghai Dalongju.
The training content focused closely on the common pain points, difficulties, and blind spots encountered by principal responsible persons of enterprises when performing their seven statutory duties, and innovatively adopted a diversified model of "expert lectures + on-site visits + problem discussions". Through the experts’ in-depth yet easy-to-understand explanations, combined with the detailed introduction of various safety infrastructure investments and on-site safety management measures during the on-site visit to Dalongju’s factory area, enterprise leaders gained a deep understanding of the relevant laws and regulations on work safety and a more thorough awareness of work safety work in their own enterprises.
As the host enterprise, Dalongju had in-depth exchanges with the senior executives of various enterprises on the importance of work safety. Through on-site inspections, the principal responsible persons of various enterprises effectively mastered work safety laws and regulations and significantly improved their work safety awareness.
Enterprises participating in the training all stated that this training deepened their understanding of laws and regulations, and they will strictly abide by and implement them in their daily enterprise management in the future.

On the afternoon of June 20, the Salon Event for Second-Generation Entrepreneurs in the High-Tech Development Zone, with the theme of "‘Innovate’ to Gather in the Bay Area and Move Forward to the New", was grandly held. Peng Xijun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Xinjinshan Development Co., Ltd., attended the event and delivered an important speech. After the meeting, the guests visited Dalongju’s production workshop and experienced Dalongju’s advanced production technology and scientific management model at close range. This salon event not only enhanced the friendly interaction between entrepreneurs but also laid a solid foundation for win-win cooperation in the future.
