Breaking Through to Stand Firm | Dalongju Participates in the 300,000 m² Super Exhibition Hall to Build a New Ecosystem in the Flooring Industry

At the crucial juncture of the global construction market’s recovery, BUILD ASIA Mega Show — Asia’s largest architectural decoration exhibition — kicked off grandly with a record-breaking scale of 300,000 square meters. This industry summit, gathering over 2,500 industrial chain enterprises worldwide, attracted professional buyers from 112 countries including Germany, the United Arab Emirates, and Singapore on its first day. Among them, 32% were international purchasing groups entering the Chinese market for the first time, marking the onset of a phase of in-depth restructuring in the global flooring trade.

【Technology Empowers: Decoding Green Intelligent Manufacturing】

Within Dalongju’s 800-square-meter immersive exhibition hall, three innovative systems drew widespread industry attention:
  • The Zero-Carbon UV Intelligent Manufacturing Platform achieves a 40% reduction in electricity cost per kilowatt-hour for production lines through a closed-loop system of photovoltaic energy storage and utilization.
  • The Bio-based Elastic Locking System has obtained France’s A+ certification, with formaldehyde emission controlled at an internationally leading level of 0.008mg/m³.
  • The 5th-generation underfloor heating module integrated with graphene temperature control technology boosts heat conversion efficiency to 98.6%, becoming a focal product sought after by Nordic merchants for negotiations.
On-site technical engineers revealed that these innovations can reduce carbon emissions equivalent to those absorbed by 120,000 fir trees planted annually.

【Global Partner Program Launched】

The "Dual Carbon Strategic Cooperation Zone" specially set up at the booth secured 17 major contracts within three days:
  • Establishing a joint laboratory for tropical climate-specific flooring with a TOP 5 real estate group in Malaysia.
  • Signing a supply agreement for 2 million square meters of medical purification flooring with Dubai-based ALEC Engineering Company.
  • Launching a recycled resin base material development project in collaboration with BASF’s Asia-Pacific R&D Center.
These partnerships will add 3 production bases to Dalongju’s overseas capacity layout, covering 85% of market demand in the RCEP region.

【Digital Twin Ignites an Experience Revolution】

By deploying Microsoft Hololens’ mixed reality system, exhibitors can view real-time data on product stress changes under extreme climates. A designer from the Norwegian architectural firm Snøhetta exclaimed after the experience: "In the augmented reality scenario, we successfully simulated the weather resistance of materials in an environment of -45°C within the Arctic Circle. This digital material selection model will transform traditional design processes."

【ESG Value Attraction Becomes Evident】

The White Paper on Carbon Neutrality in the Flooring Industry, released during the exhibition, disclosed that Dalongju has established a carbon tracking system spanning from fast-growing forests to intelligent factories, reducing the carbon footprint of each square meter of flooring by 62% compared to the industry benchmark. This "green premium" is being converted into market competitiveness: a European supermarket chain added an on-site order of RMB 35 million, with a clear requirement that products must be accompanied by blockchain-based carbon labels.
"This is not merely a product display, but the export of green solutions made in China," noted the President of the China Building Decoration Association during his tour of the exhibition hall. "As transnational purchasing groups begin to evaluate suppliers using carbon tariff calculators, Dalongju’s practices have opened a channel for value leapfrogging in the industry." With RMB 230 million in intended orders secured on the first day of the exhibition, this grand event is emerging as a crucial milestone in the global green building revolution.
